Copyright is based on the idea of a personal right of the author, founded on a form of identity between the author and their creation. Moral rights are constituted as an emanation of the author’s person: they recognize that the work is an expression of the author’s person and thus protect it. Copyright protection is strictly limited to the work, without considering the author’s moral attributes in relation to their work, except for authorship; it does not consider them as an author per se, but they have rights that determine the ways in which a work may be used.

IN CASE OF COPY
The action to be taken will depend on the nature of the copied creation, the identity and status (individual or legal entity) of the counterfeiter, and how the copy is distributed: professional network, stores, website, magazine publications, etc.
FDB will take the appropriate legal measures to deal with plagiarism.
