The Digital Bible Foundation policy on donation is under the Spanish Government Regulations of Patronage ( Ley 49/2002, de 23 de diciembre ). This policy entails a Code of Good Practices and a transparency in the management of economy. In that sense, the FDB has a Code of Good Practices for an effective and transparent management.
Accomplishing a Code of Transparency entails making public the administration of the Foundation, and the publicity of the donations is included. Therefore, donations to the FDB will be public; unless the donor expresses that his/her donation must be anonymous, and in that case the anonymous donation will be recorded only with its specific amount and as “anonymous donation”.
All information in this regard will be posted by calendar year once it has been approved at a board meeting.
